Recently Completed & Near Completion
- DC-UP Football Stadium Phases 2 & 5 – Completed; Phase 2 for acceptance
- Atrium Ceiling Installation – 80% (near completion, March 2026 target)
- DC-UP Sports Complex Power Supply Substation – 95% (for punch listing and final inspection)
- Infectious Disease Laboratory (IDL) Improvements – 70% nearing completion (March 2026)

Projects Under Review or Temporary Pause
- Student Dormitory: The building structure is complete and is undergoing final compliance checks prior to opening. Coordination with regulatory agencies is ongoing to secure the required clearances.
- Aquatics Center (Phases 1 & 3): Additional technical assessments and improvement works are being undertaken to ensure facility performance and safety standards.
- Multi-Purpose Building: Implementation is temporarily paused while administrative and funding processes are being finalized.

Impact on Our Community

- Campus Movement & Environment: Ongoing works may result in intermittent noise, temporary rerouting, or restricted access in certain areas.
