The IT Service Catalog defines the services ITO offers to our customers on the UP Mindanao campus in support of the campus mission.

ITO defines a service as something that customers can receive or order from ITO and ITO can report on.

Our service catalog contains a complete list of ITO services and encompasses services used by all of campus to those used only by a few individuals.  It contains brief information about each service including a description, ITAR/EAR compliance, target SLA, and typical maintenance window.  A link is provided in the service catalog next to services that have additional information on the ITO website.

While most of the services listed in the service catalog are supported by ITO, it also contains a handful that are supported by other departments.
