UPMin students learn filmmaking for S&T at DOST’s workshop

UP Mindanao students learned filmmaking techniques and cinematic representation at the DOST XI’s S&T Filmmaking Workshop, which was held on April 23-24, 2025, at the Cinematheque Centre Davao.

The two-day workshop equipped students with essential skills in science communication, gender-fair media training, directing, and writing, thus providing them with an opportunity to merge storytelling with Science & Technology. It was a valuable learning experience for students, allowing them to explore new avenues in film and media production.
