PRIME-HRM, or the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, is a mechanism initiated by the Civil Service Commission for government agencies to develop their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence. The UP Mindanao assessment on February 11-12, 2025, will cover the Recruitment and Selection Process (RSP), Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), Rewards and Recognition (R&R), and other pertinent HR documentation.
