Librarian Merlyn M. Pausanos reported a significant rise in the access and usage of almost all of the e-resources subscribed to by UP Mindanao. This observation was contained in the UP System Report on Subscribed Electronic Resources Utilization for 2024-2025.
“The University Library is delighted to inform everyone of this great news received recently from the UP System,” she stated. “The report notably observed a significant rise in access to and use of almost all UP Mindanao e-resources. This shows how helpful our Library Literacy program, the Database Instruction, and Value Exploration-Tuki, which was launched early in November 2025 and implemented in the same month.
With the positive and promising outcome, we especially thank our students in the BS Anthropology, BS Architecture, BA Communication and Media Arts, Associate of Sports Studies, BS Food Technology, and BS Agribusiness Economics programs, and their respective professors and program coordinators who attended the DIVE-Tuki in 10 consecutive sessions in November 2025.
Please note that the DIVE-Tuki is an ongoing program of the University Library, and it can be accessed by request. Thank you very much for your continued support as we look forward to having more sessions with the other departments and curricular programs, soon,” she said.
She reiterated the University Library’s email at <library.upmindanao@up.edu.ph>, and to visit the Library’s ALARM webpage and official FB Page for updates and more information.
