The University of the Philippines (UP) Mindanao received two Quality Systems certifications at its 30th Anniversary Gala Night on February 20, 2024. These certifications were for the successful ISO 9001:2025 audit and PRIME HRM assessment.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification was awarded following the audit undertaken on December 16-20, 2024, after more than a year of preparations. In the anniversary ceremony, TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific representatives handed over the Certificate of a Quality Management System (QMS) under ISO 9001:2015 for the “Provision of University Administrative, Academic, Research, and Extension Services.” The certificate is valid from January 22, 2025, to January 21, 2028.
