BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN
BIOLOGY
BS Biology hone individuals to acquire solid theoretical background and laboratory skills for the fields of research, medicine, industry, and teaching biology as well as develop intellectual capacity for scientific methods in problem solving (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Genetics, Ecology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Evolutionary and Systematic Biology). The program also aims to uphold environmental justice and equity by applying evidence-based approaches in public debates and community efforts.
