The UP Mindanao community gave honor and recognition to the UP Mindanao Debate Varsity for its championship finish in the Union Cup of the National Debate Championship Morayta hosted by the FEU Oratorical and Debate Council from January 23 to February 1, 2026.
The UP Mindanao Debate Varsity contingent, carrying the name UPMIN FK, was composed of π π«ππ ππ¦ππ₯π³π (π-ππ) and πππ₯π―π’π§ πππ¦π©π¨π§ (π-πππππ). Mr. Lampon was also awarded as Finals Best Speaker and 10th Best Union Speaker.
The team was accorded honors and recognition at the Flag Ceremony on February 16, 2026, by Chancellor Lyre Anni Murao, Vice-Chancellor Maria Stella Salazar, and Student Affairs Director Ligaya R. Leal.
