UPMin Student Theses in Competition at the 18th Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Week

 

The DOST Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) announced the finalists in the various categories of the 18th Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Week competitions on their social media page (here: DOST PCHRD). The competitions are scheduled for August 14, 2025. UP Mindanao is represented in the Oral Research Presentation Competition, the Undergraduate Thesis Grant in Natural Products: Oral Research Presentation Competition, and the Research Poster Contest (Student Category).

UP Mindanao is represented in the Oral Research Presentation Competition by Ms. Blessie M. Desales (BSFT 2024, mcl), and her thesis, ” Colometric Detection of Pb2+ Using Green Synthesized AgNPs.”

DOST-PCHRD likewise announced the finalists for the 18th PNHRS Week DOST-PCHRD Undergraduate Thesis Grant in Natural Products: Oral Research Presentation Competition. The top six (6) finalists were shortlisted from the 32 NatProd grantees last 2024. UP Mindanao is represented by Ms. Charlisze Ayeesha A. Tapsirul, BS Biology 2025.
