Personnel train on the UPMin-developed ISIP web-based platform

The Information Technology Office delivered the first session of the online series, Orientation to the Intelligent Systems for Internal Processes (ISIP) Platform (https://isip.upmin.edu.ph/) on March 24, 2025. The orientation series aims to familiarize users with the platform and guide them in effectively navigating its modules.  The March 24 topic/module was the “Introduction to the ISIP platform,” user accounts, and access. The ISIP features discussed were the computerized Accomplishments Report module for faculty and project staff and the Certificate of Service module for faculty members. The resource person was Mr. Jeremy Pacabis, a lead developer of the ISIP system.

On March 31 (if not declared a holiday), at 9 a.m., are the online module sessions on the ISIP’s SPMES (Strategic Plan monitoring and evaluation system), the Website, and the Events features. The participants are the Strategic Plan monitoring users, the event organizers, and the PRO team.

Finally, on April 7. 2025 is the online session on Surveys, Employees, and DTR. The required participants are the PR unit, HRDO, and the Quality Assurance Office.
