Information Technology Office Chief, Asst. Prof. Vic Calag surprised the flag ceremony assembly on July 28, 2025, by introducing UP Mindanao Class of 2025 valedictorian Mr. Sky Pactores, BS Computer Science summa cum laude, as one of their unit’s two new personnel. Prof. Calag also introduced Mr. Rocky Castañeros, BSCS 2025, as the second of the new personnel.
“Sky will focus on the development of information systems,” said Prof. Calag. “Rocky will also do programming work,” he said.
“It’s nice to meet everyone here,” said Mr. Pactores. “I’m hoping to get along with everyone and looking forward to productive days ahead,” he said.
